Yes, as women who have homes, children, jobs, spouses,
businesses (ecetera!). We are constantly managing people,
ideas, strategies, and the kids activities. But the reality of
the day is that we cannot typically focus on more than one

Here are a few simple strategies to helping you overcome
the jumbled, chaotic feeling that happens inside each of us
when we're not focused:
- Take a deep breath (actually, take 3).
- Write down everything: your ideas, to-dos, grocery list.
- Look at your list and give yourself 2 to-dos from that
list to focus on today.
- Give yourself some love!
