How to Create Success in 2010
Maruxa Murphy, MA

Hi there!

Ladies, I'm so excited that right after I write this post I get to packing for my Christmas Holiday

vacation in Florida! I'm excited I get to spend it with family, friends, and give Ms. CutiePie a chance

to spend it with her cousins. I'm going to just e-n-j-o-y my vacation!

Now, yes, I'll probably be thinking about you all too (actually, I know I will because you are amazing women to be around)! However, in terms of Momprenaire, I'm able to give myself some time off to enjoy the Florida sun because I've spent most of this month creating products, planning out my marketing strategy for 2010 and my financial goals.

Got a couple questions for you today: What are you doing today that is going to make a difference to your business tomorrow? What are you doing right now to CHOOSE SUCCESS in 2010?

Here are 5 P's to do this and do this quickly over the next week to plan for 2010:

1. Purpose: Think about your core purpose of your business and ask yourself, "What can I do to connect my passion, my skills and talents to the core of my business?" Why is this important? Because honestly, WHY would we want to spend time doing a lot of work if we don't feel like we're enjoying the process?

2. Plan Ahead: Have you thought about how you are going to meet your goals to create that dream work and life balance you have wanted for you as a Mom Entrepreneur? It's key to not only envision your goals but also set aside time to look through your financial goals and create your marketing and promotion strategy. Most business moms spend time talking about goals, and even writing them down, but don't think through how you are going to make money! Planning ahead will keep you laser-focused, more confident, and excited to meet your money goals head on!

3. Processes in Place: Systems, systems, systems. Ah! This is my secret to doing all I do (manage 3 businesses), being a mama, being the social director in our community, church goer, and wife! :D

When you get started in 2010 be sure to record how you do what you do, either write it on paper or video tape it using free tools like JingProject.com When you do this, you free up your time in the long run, and can delegate your tasks (done in the ways you want!) to others easily, saving you money in training and time.

4. Partner: Without a doubt, there are going to be challenges as you move forward this new year - so plan for it. Keep yourself learning AND partnering with other amazing mom entrepreneurs to hold you accountable to your goals, your plans and to network with you, promote you and share your services and products with others.

5. Push Forward: Yes, plan for obstacles - they'll be there for sure! Whether it's a sick baby, a hiccup on your website, or you feeling frustrated about something happening in your business - we know that these times exist. Here's what I believe: Recognize it'll happen, Partner (#4 above) with others to work through the frustration, and Push Forward anyway. No one becomes successful through wallowing in the frustration. The key to doing this goes back to #1 (again, above) and understanding your CORE purpose for what you are doing in your business.

2010 is going to be an amazing year for Momprenaires - yes you: A Mom Entrepreneur with a Millionaire Mindset. Why? Because your determination, drive and focus (+ action!!) will get you moving ahead of others stuck in their rut. On January 6th, I'm going to be opening spots up for my 2010 12-week Group Coaching series, in which we will dive into each of these 5 areas and set your business for success in 2010.

I'm opening up an Early Bird Announcement Group, which you can sign up for by December 31st. By letting me know you're interested, you'll be able to receive access to sign-up for the Group Coaching BEFORE I publicly announce that we have spots opening in the Group. Since I recently sold out all 10 spots with a waiting list for consults, just a few weeks ago, I'm expecting that I'll sell out all the spots for our 20 person group coaching course pretty quickly.

More details to come soon, but in the meantime, sign up now to get on the Early Bird notification list and you'll hear about the 12-Week Group Coaching series very soon! To sign up just send me an email at Maruxa (at) Momprenaire (dot) com with Subject line: EARLY BIRD, and I'll confirm with you that you're on my Early Bird notification list. :D

All my best to you and your family this Christmas season, and a VERY Happy (and Successful) 2010!

To your continued success,
